VICTOR is a dedicated and passionate professional who brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as a Project Director for E&M BUILD AND DESIGN. An interdisciplinary expert in residential and Commercial design and construction, he is uniquely skilled at helping clients envision beautiful transformations for their homes. VICTOR’s initiation to the remodeling industry started early and his enthusiasm for design, construction, and remodeling has only grown in the years since. His education includes Environmental Design and Planning at After decades of running his own construction, and development companies, VICTOR understands the perspective of all stakeholders in a residential and Commercial remodeling project. He skillfully harmonizes the myriad details that create a successful team and a successful project. An exceptional communicator, VICTOR helps to inspire clients by actively listening to their dreams for their homes and then guiding them through ideas to see their visions come to life.
